  • Eterpan LD board is mainly made of Portland cement, natural plant fiber, mineral substance, etc., and after pulping, forming and high-temperature autoclave curing, and then drying and surface treatment, The product features low density less than 1.0 g/cm3, super light weight, particularly excellent fireproof performance.

  • Features
     1. Low density 
     Eterpan LD board is less than 1.0g/cm3 as the lowest in the industry, ultra-light weight, used for indoor ceiling and partition wall, can be easily installed and effectively reduce the dead load of building. 
     2. Resistance to deformation 
     Eterpan LD board features excellent humidity-regulating property, and in an environment with severely changing humidity and temperature, it can quickly reach temperature and humidity balance with surrounding environment. The product is resistant to deformation, sagging, durable and lasting. 
     3. Excellent fireproof performance 
     Eterpan LD board has much less expansion range at high temperature than high-density board, shows the significant advantage in terms of fire protection and under high temperature, maintains integrity and can effectively improve the performance of fireproof components. 
     4. Easy processing 
     Boards can be cut into pieces of various dimensions and shapes, perforated, used as sound adsorption component, ceiling or partition wall. It is highly versatile. 
     5. Eco-friendly 
     The board is made of natural raw material, 100% free from asbestos, formaldehyde or other hazardous materials. It is non-radioactive, and granted with “China Environmental Label Product Certification”.
    6. Mold and insect prevention
     Major materials of the board is inorganic substances, such as Portland cement, quartz sand, which prevents the growth of mildew or microorganism and can prevent mold and insect.
